ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how sophrology and art therapy can help patients recover after hand and upper limb surgery. Sophrology is a relaxation technique that combines breathing exercises, visualization, and gentle movements to promote well-being, while art therapy uses creative activities to help people express their feelings and improve their mental health. The goal of the study is to see if these therapies can improve the quality of life for patients and help them return to their daily activities more quickly after surgery.
To participate in the trial, individuals must be at least 18 years old and have undergone treatment in the hand and upper limb surgery department. They should be open to trying sophrology and/or art therapy as part of their recovery. Participants will engage in these therapies during their rehabilitation process, which may help them feel more confident and active. It's important to note that the trial is not yet recruiting participants, so there will be more information available once it begins.
