ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is looking at a program designed to help university students who may be struggling with technology addiction, which is a growing concern as more young people use devices like smartphones and computers. The goal is to identify students who are at risk and see if this prevention program can make a positive difference in their lives. By researching this issue, the trial aims to support broader efforts to address technology addiction on a national level.

To participate in the trial, students must be in their first year of university and have specific scores that indicate they may be at risk for technology addiction. This means they would need to score 37 or higher on a short internet addiction test or 49 or higher on a technology addiction scale. Participants can expect to take part in activities designed to reduce their reliance on technology and help them develop healthier habits. It's also important to note that students with mental health issues may not be eligible to join the study.
