ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is testing a mobile app designed to help women manage menopause symptoms. The goal is to see if using this app can improve the experience of women going through menopause and if it leads to fewer visits to healthcare providers for menopause-related issues. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to include women aged 45 to 55 who are experiencing symptoms of menopause.
To be eligible for this study, women should be comfortable using the app in English and must have a score of 5 or higher on a survey that measures menopause symptoms. Participants will need to have a primary care appointment at Mayo Clinic scheduled within three weeks of joining the study. Those who are not willing to use the app or cannot provide informed consent will not be able to participate. If you join the trial, you can expect to use the app and help researchers understand how it can assist women during this stage of life.
