ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying pediatric uveitis, which is an eye condition that causes inflammation in children. The goal is to understand who gets this condition, what symptoms they experience, and how it affects their vision. Researchers will gather information about young patients visiting the ophthalmology clinic at Assiut University Hospital, looking at different factors like age, gender, and the causes of their uveitis.
To be eligible for the study, participants must be under 18 years old and able to take part in the research. However, children over 18, those with a specific type of eye injury called penetrating ocular trauma, or those whose guardians do not want to participate will not be included. If eligible, participants can expect to share their medical information and experiences related to uveitis, helping doctors learn more about this condition in children. It's important to note that the trial is not yet open for recruiting participants.
