Artificial Intelligence Length Weight Algorithm

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is focused on improving how we measure the length and weight of infants and young children using a special technology called artificial intelligence (AI). The goal is to collect data that will help train the AI to measure children's length more accurately. Caregivers and healthcare professionals will take images and videos of the children and also measure their length using standard methods. By comparing the AI's measurements to these standard measurements, researchers hope to make the AI even better at its job.

To participate in this study, children must be between 0 to 24 months old, and their caregivers need to have access to the internet and a smartphone or tablet to upload information. Caregivers will need to give written consent to join the study. It's important to note that children with certain physical conditions that affect their ability to be measured cannot participate. If you choose to take part, you can expect to help in a meaningful way that could lead to better measurement techniques for future generations.
