ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how special training in compassionate care can help nurses provide better care to their patients. Compassionate care is about understanding and responding to patients’ feelings and needs, which is crucial for building strong relationships in healthcare. The researchers want to see if using new teaching methods, like videos and real-life case studies, can improve nurses' compassion levels according to a well-known caring model. By enhancing nurses' skills in this area, the goal is to provide more patient-centered care and improve the overall quality of healthcare.
To participate in the study, nurses need to volunteer, be fluent in Turkish, and be available during the study period. Those who do not complete the forms, choose not to continue, or miss any of the training sessions will not be included. If you’re a nurse interested in developing your compassionate care skills, this training could be a great opportunity to make a positive impact on your patients’ experiences. The study is not yet recruiting participants, so keep an eye out for updates if you’re interested!
