Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Volunteering to participate in the study,
• • Understanding and using Turkish effectively,
• • Not being on leave during the study.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • Nurses who answered the data collection forms incompletely,
• • Nurses who did not want to continue the study,
• • Nurses who did not participate in even one of the compassionate care education programs of the study.
