ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how blood sugar levels behave in people who have prediabetes compared to those who do not. Researchers are using a device called the FreeStyle Libre 3 Continuous Glucose Monitoring System to track and analyze these blood sugar patterns. The goal is to better understand how different individuals' bodies respond to glucose, which is a type of sugar that gives us energy.
To participate in the study, you need to be at least 18 years old and willing to provide consent to join. However, if you have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, are currently pregnant, or follow a specific low-carbohydrate diet, you won't be eligible. Participants can expect to wear the monitoring device for a certain period, allowing researchers to gather important data on their glucose levels. This information could help improve how we understand and manage prediabetes in the future.
