ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding financial hardship experienced by individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, as well as their caregivers. Many families struggle with the costs associated with care, which can lead to stress and financial strain. The goal of this study is to develop new tools to better identify these financial challenges specifically for people dealing with Alzheimer’s and similar conditions. By interviewing both patients and caregivers, the researchers will create measures that reflect the unique financial difficulties they face.
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and either have a clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease or be a caregiver for someone who does. You should also be able to read and speak English or Spanish. If you join this study, you will help researchers gather important information that could lead to better support for families dealing with financial hardship due to Alzheimer’s. This trial is currently recruiting participants, and your involvement could help improve the lives of many individuals affected by these conditions.
