ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding the psychological well-being of healthcare workers in hospital settings. It aims to explore how stress and emotional challenges affect these workers, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic has increased their anxiety and burnout levels. Burnout can lead to feelings of exhaustion and reduced effectiveness at work, which not only impacts the healthcare workers themselves but also the quality of care they provide to patients. By studying these aspects, the trial hopes to identify ways to improve the mental health and overall job satisfaction of healthcare workers, ultimately benefiting both them and their patients.
To participate in this study, individuals must be at least 18 years old and work in high-stress hospital departments, such as emergency care or oncology. Participants should be willing to take part and able to understand the study's details. Those with existing psychological conditions or who cannot give consent will not be included. The goal is to highlight the often-overlooked emotional struggles of healthcare workers and to find effective ways to support their well-being.
