ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a special training program designed for future Physical Education teachers. The goal is to help these teachers learn how to motivate their students better and create a positive learning environment. In this study, one group of teachers will take part in a 14-hour training program that focuses on motivational techniques, while another group will continue with the standard teaching curriculum. By comparing the two groups, researchers hope to see how effective the motivational training is.
To participate, you need to be enrolled in the Master's program for Physical Education at the University of Zaragoza, attend all training sessions if you're in the experimental group, and complete some questionnaires at different times during the study. You'll also join a group discussion at the end. If you miss any sessions or don’t complete the required assessments, you won’t be able to participate. This trial is currently recruiting participants of all ages and genders who meet these criteria.
