ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying two different physiotherapy techniques, called Mulligan and Maitland mobilizations, to see which one works better for people with adhesive capsulitis, commonly known as frozen shoulder. This condition causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder, making it difficult to move. The goal of the study is to find out which of these techniques can help improve movement and quality of life for patients at all stages of adhesive capsulitis.
To participate in the trial, individuals need to be between 35 and 50 years old and have been diagnosed with primary adhesive capsulitis, which means their shoulder is painful and has limited movement. Participants should be willing to take part in the study. However, those who have had previous shoulder surgery, suffer from severe bone conditions, or have certain other health issues will not be eligible. If you join this study, you can expect to receive one of the two mobilization techniques while helping researchers learn more about the best way to treat this condition.
