ClinConnect Summary
The DELIVER Evaluation in Nigeria is a project aimed at improving the amount and variety of vegetables that people eat, especially in northern Nigeria. The goal is to support small-scale farmers by helping them grow more vegetables and encouraging healthier eating habits among farmers and their neighbors. This study will look at how effective the DELIVER program is in increasing vegetable consumption among households involved in the program and those living nearby. Researchers will use a method that compares different groups to see how well the program works.
To participate in this study, you need to be an adult (18 years or older) who is either a member of a farmer household involved in the DELIVER program or a neighbor of one of these farmers. You should also be able to speak English or Hausa and live in the area where the program is being implemented. If you join, you can expect to help researchers understand how this program impacts vegetable consumption in your community, which could lead to healthier diets for everyone. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it’s an important step towards improving nutrition in the region.
