ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how much diabetic patients know about diabetic kidney disease, which is a condition that can affect people with diabetes. The researchers want to understand the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of these patients to improve their healthcare. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it will include individuals aged 18 and older who have either type 1 or type 2 diabetes. However, patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) caused by something other than diabetes will not be eligible, nor will those who choose not to participate.
If you qualify and decide to join, you can expect to share your thoughts and experiences regarding diabetic kidney disease. Your input will help researchers learn how to better support diabetic patients in managing their kidney health. This study aims to raise awareness and improve practices related to kidney care among those living with diabetes, ultimately leading to better health outcomes.
