ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how different warm-up routines can help improve shoulder movement and performance in athletes who have tightness in their shoulders. Specifically, it's focused on overhead athletes, like those who play baseball or swim, who may struggle with shoulder stiffness. The study will measure how these warm-up methods affect shoulder mobility, muscle stiffness, strength, and endurance right after they are done.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 18 and 40 years old and train for more than four hours each week. You should have some difficulty moving your shoulder compared to your other side, but you should not have had any shoulder pain or injuries in the last three months. If you join, you can expect to try different warm-up protocols and see how they affect your shoulder's performance. This trial is currently recruiting participants, so if you meet the eligibility criteria and are interested, it might be a great opportunity to help improve shoulder health in athletes.
