ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how the timing of inserting Implanon, a type of birth control implant, after giving birth affects women's menstrual cycles. Researchers want to know if placing the implant right after delivery, a bit later, or even later on has any impact on how often women get their periods or any changes they experience.
To join this study, women must have recently given birth and choose Implanon as their method of contraception. It's also important that they don't have any serious bleeding issues or are using other hormonal birth control methods during the study. Participants will need to be open to follow-up interviews to share their experiences. If you’re considering Implanon and want to learn more about how it might affect your menstrual patterns after childbirth, this study could be a great opportunity to help improve understanding in this area.
