ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a simple urine test can help doctors understand if patients with high blood pressure are taking their medications as prescribed. High blood pressure, or hypertension, can lead to serious health problems if not properly managed. Many patients struggle with taking their medications regularly, which can make their blood pressure hard to control. By using a urine test that measures medication levels, researchers hope to identify those who aren’t taking their medications as directed. This can help doctors provide better support and counseling, ultimately improving blood pressure control and reducing healthcare costs.
To participate in this study, you need to be between 21 and 80 years old, have high blood pressure that hasn't been well controlled, and currently be taking at least two different medications for hypertension. If you qualify and decide to join, you'll undergo a urine test and receive personalized advice to help manage your condition. This trial is currently looking for participants, and your involvement could make a real difference in how hypertension is treated in the future.
