Tecar Therapy Post Exercise Recovery Preconditioning

ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying the effects of TECAR therapy, a treatment that uses radiant energy to help the body generate its own heat, on exercise recovery. Researchers want to find out if different ways of using TECAR therapy can improve how well people recover before and after exercise. Currently, no studies have looked at how this therapy affects exercise recovery in humans, so this research aims to fill that gap.

To participate in this study, you need to be a physically active male aged between 65 and 74 years old, and you should not have any recent injuries to your hips, knees, or calves. Participants will be expected to commit to all parts of the study. Importantly, if you have any joint injuries during the study or a history of injuries in the month before the study, you won't be able to take part. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it promises to provide valuable insights into how TECAR therapy may help with exercise recovery in older men.
