ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a new way to help patients breathe during medical procedures called awake nasotracheal fiberoptic intubation. The researchers want to find out if this method is faster and more comfortable for patients than the traditional intubation technique. They will compare both methods to see which one causes fewer complications, such as coughing or bleeding, and which one helps patients feel more at ease during the procedure.
To participate in this trial, you need to be between 20 and 60 years old and have a health status that allows for this type of intubation. Certain conditions, like recent head injuries or specific nasal issues, may prevent you from joining. If you decide to participate, you will be closely monitored during the procedure to ensure your safety and comfort. The trial is not currently recruiting participants, but it aims to gather important information that could improve how doctors perform intubations in the future.
