ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new exercise program called the Vitality Acupunch (VA), which will be enhanced with a technology called SPOZ. The goal is to see if this program can help improve the health and daily living activities of older adults with dementia who attend adult daycare centers. Over six months, participants will engage in exercises aimed at boosting their overall fitness and quality of life.
To be eligible for this trial, participants need to be 65 years or older and have a diagnosis of dementia confirmed by a doctor or a specific screening test. However, individuals with serious heart or lung issues, physical mobility problems, or spinal cord injuries will not be included. While the trial is not currently recruiting participants, those who join can expect to take part in a structured exercise program designed to support their health and well-being.
