ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how in situ simulation, which means practicing real-life scenarios in the actual work environment, can improve the quality of work life for intensive care workers. It aims to see if this type of training can help reduce feelings of burnout and improve teamwork among healthcare professionals in the cardiothoracic intensive care unit at Montpellier University Hospital. The study will involve filming the sessions to help analyze the results.
To participate, candidates must be paramedical staff, such as nurses or nursing assistants, currently working in this intensive care unit. They should be willing to be filmed during the training sessions. However, those who cannot give consent, are planning to leave the department before the study ends, or do not have the necessary social security coverage in France will not be eligible. This trial will not start recruiting participants just yet, but it represents an important step toward improving the work environment and support for healthcare workers in high-stress settings.
