ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring how a special online program can help young workers feel better about their jobs and manage stress better. The program is designed to boost something called "meta self-efficacy," which is about believing in your ability to handle work challenges. Researchers want to see if this increase in confidence can lead to improvements in how young employees feel about their work and overall well-being. They will assess the effects right after the program and again after three and six months.
To participate in this trial, you need to be between 18 and 30 years old and currently employed for at least 20 hours a week. There are no exclusions, so if you meet these criteria, you could join the study. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but those who do take part can expect to engage with the online program and share feedback on how it impacts their work life. This study is important because it aims to find effective ways to support young employees in feeling more confident and satisfied in their jobs.
