ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is focused on understanding a condition called Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP), which affects the blood and can lead to serious health issues. The researchers want to study specific types of immune cells in patients with TTP to see how they behave during the illness and after treatment. By examining these immune cells, the team hopes to find signs that could predict when a patient might experience a relapse, or return of the disease, which could help doctors create more personalized treatment plans to keep patients healthy.
To participate in this study, individuals must be over 18 years old and have been diagnosed with TTP at any stage, whether they are currently experiencing symptoms or are in remission. They should also be receiving care at Rouen University Hospital. Participants will be asked to read and understand the study information before joining. Importantly, this trial is open to all genders, and those who are currently under legal restrictions or guardianship are not eligible to participate. If you are interested in learning more or think you might qualify, your healthcare provider can provide additional details.
