ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking to understand how the function of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which connects your jawbone to your skull, changes during different stages of pregnancy. Researchers want to find out if and how TMJ function is affected as pregnancy progresses through its three trimesters.
To participate in this study, women must be pregnant with one baby and between the ages of 20 to 35. They should have a healthy body weight and not have had any TMJ problems, severe dental issues, or other serious health concerns before becoming pregnant. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, so there's no immediate action required, but it's an important study that could help improve understanding of TMJ function during pregnancy. If eligible, participants can expect to share information about their health and may undergo assessments related to jaw function.
