Unfortunately, those who have been admitted for less than 24 hours, have a terminal illness, or have a temporary civil registration number cannot participate. Participants can expect to provide details about their nutrition and health while contributing to important research that could help improve care for older patients in the future. This study is not yet recruiting, but it aims to shed light on a significant issue that affects the well-being of hospitalized older adults.

Eligibility criteria

• Inclusion Criteria:
• • Acutely admitted adults aged 65 years and above.
• • Be able to comply with the study information, as assessed by the research personnel.
• • Be able to understand Danish.
• Exclusion Criteria:
• • \<24 hours admission
• • Terminal illness in end stage of life
• • Patients with temporary civil person registration number (CPR)
