ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying how to better support nurses who are returning to work after having a baby. The researchers want to understand how these nurses feel about their jobs as they adjust back to work and what factors influence their engagement and satisfaction. By observing and collecting information from these nurses, the study aims to identify effective strategies that can help them feel more involved and comfortable in their roles, ultimately improving the quality of care they provide to patients.

To participate in this study, nurses must be female, have returned to clinical nursing work in a hospital within the last month after giving birth, and agree to take part voluntarily. Unfortunately, nurses who are still in training or have faced complications with their childbirth won't be eligible. Participants can expect to share their experiences and thoughts, which will help create supportive measures for future postpartum nurses. This study is not yet recruiting, so it is still in the planning stages.
