ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a technique called neural mobilization (NM), which helps improve the movement of nerves in the legs. The goal is to see if this technique can enhance balance, flexibility, and overall performance in healthy young women. While NM has shown benefits for flexibility in certain muscle groups, researchers want to learn more about how it affects balance and movement in everyday activities.
To participate in this study, you need to be a healthy woman between the ages of 18 and 30 and willing to sign a consent form to join. You should not have any serious health issues that would prevent you from exercising safely, such as recent lower back surgery or ongoing pain in your back or legs. If you decide to take part in the trial, you can expect to learn new techniques that may help improve your balance and flexibility while contributing to important research in this area.
