ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effectiveness of Tecar Therapy for people suffering from chronic neck pain. Participants will be grouped into three categories: one group will receive Tecar Therapy along with a standard physiotherapy program, another will receive a fake (sham) Tecar Therapy with the same physiotherapy, and the last group will only undergo the physiotherapy program. The goal is to see how each treatment affects pain levels, daily activities, and overall quality of life.
To join the trial, participants need to be between 18 and 55 years old and have experienced neck pain for at least three months. They should be able to visit the hospital for treatment. However, those with certain conditions, such as recent neck surgery, specific neurological issues, or infections, won't be eligible. Throughout the study, participants will rate their pain and any improvements they feel, helping researchers understand which treatment works best.
