ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a procedure called right heart catheterization (RHC), which helps doctors diagnose and treat conditions related to high blood pressure in the lungs, known as pulmonary hypertension. The study aims to ensure that RHC is done correctly and effectively across various hospitals in China, especially since many places have recently improved their equipment and skills for this procedure. The focus is on gathering data from patients who are having RHC for the first time because they are experiencing shortness of breath or have been suspected of having pulmonary hypertension.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 14 years old and must have had the RHC procedure for the first time. Unfortunately, if important information about your health is missing, or if you didn't agree to participate in follow-up, you won't be eligible. If you join the trial, you will help researchers collect important information about how the procedure is performed, the results, and how patients are managed afterward. This study not only aims to improve the care for patients with pulmonary health issues but also contributes to better practices in hospitals across the country.
