ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is studying a new device designed to wash sperm for couples experiencing infertility. The goal is to see if this new method can help improve pregnancy rates during intrauterine insemination (IUI), a common fertility treatment. Traditional sperm washing methods can cause damage to the sperm, which might lower the chances of getting pregnant. The researchers believe that the new device may help protect the sperm and lead to better outcomes for couples trying to conceive.

To participate in this trial, men aged 25 to 50 who are part of a couple diagnosed with infertility may be eligible. They should be undergoing IUI treatment and have a certain level of healthy sperm. Participants will be randomly assigned to either use the new device or the traditional method, and the main focus will be on whether they achieve pregnancy. It's important to note that couples with certain severe infertility issues or who have participated in another clinical trial recently may not qualify. This study aims to provide valuable information that could improve fertility treatments in the future.
