ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is exploring two ways to help infants with Congenital Muscular Torticollis (CMT), a condition where a baby's neck muscles are tight, causing their head to tilt to one side. The study compares traditional face-to-face rehabilitation with telerehabilitation, which uses online video sessions, to see which method works better for these infants. It is open to babies aged 0-6 months who have been diagnosed with CMT, and both methods focus on improving neck movement and overall development.
Participants will be assigned to either the in-person or online therapy group, with both receiving the same care. The program includes exercises and guidance for parents to help at home over an 8-week period. Families will also gain access to a helpful online resource with information about CMT. This trial aims to provide families with flexible treatment options while contributing to future care for other children with similar conditions. If your baby meets the criteria and you are interested in participating, you can contact the research team for more information.
