ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how exercises that strengthen the core, improve flexibility in the chest and hips, and help with trunk stability can benefit desk workers who have postural issues. The goal is to see if these exercises can help improve posture and reduce discomfort for people who spend long hours sitting at a desk.
To participate in this study, you need to be between the ages of 25 and 45 and currently have a desk job. You’ll also need to agree to take part in the study, either on your own or with permission from someone who can represent you. However, if you've had any surgery in the last six months or have heart or lung conditions, you won't be eligible to join. If you qualify, you can expect to engage in a series of exercises designed to help your posture, and you'll have the chance to contribute to important research that could improve workplace health for many people.
