ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying whether a structured exercise and rehabilitation program can improve the quality of life for adults with Fanconi Anemia, a rare genetic condition that affects how the body repairs DNA and can lead to health problems like bone marrow failure. Over 12 weeks, participants will engage in supervised exercise sessions three times a week, focusing on building strength, reducing fatigue, and improving posture, while also monitoring their overall health. The main goal is to see if their reported quality of life changes after completing the program.
To be eligible for this trial, participants must be at least 18 years old and have a confirmed diagnosis of Fanconi Anemia through genetic testing. They should be in stable health and cleared by their doctor to exercise. Participants will need access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for the sessions and must be willing to commit to the 12-week program. However, those with certain medical conditions or recent surgeries, or who are currently in another rehabilitation program, may not be able to join. This study is an exciting opportunity to explore how exercise may help improve the lives of those living with Fanconi Anemia.
