ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a special teaching method called the "jigsaw IV technique" can improve nursing students' understanding of wound care. Wound care is important for helping patients heal from injuries or surgeries. In this study, second-year nursing students will be split into two groups. One group will receive training using the jigsaw technique, which encourages teamwork and group learning, while the other group will learn through traditional methods. Researchers will measure how much students learn and how motivated they feel before and after the training.
To be eligible for this study, students should be in their second year of nursing school, have never taken wound care education before, and be willing to take part voluntarily. However, nursing students who have previous experience in healthcare or have completed certain programs may not qualify. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but once it starts, students can expect to take part in interactive learning sessions and complete some assessments to see how much they've learned.
