ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying a procedure called the erector spinae block, which is used to help relieve back pain. Researchers want to find out how effective this method is in reducing pain and improving blood flow in patients by injecting local anesthetics in different areas of the back. They will also look at any pain associated with the procedure itself.
To participate in this study, you may be eligible if you have certain back conditions, such as a herniated disc or spinal stenosis, and if your pain has lasted longer than a month with a moderate to severe pain level. However, you cannot take part if you have allergies to certain medications, are pregnant, have had previous spine surgery, or have certain medical conditions like abnormal bleeding. This study is not recruiting participants yet, so there will be more information available once it begins. If you decide to participate, you can expect to receive support and information throughout the process to help manage your back pain better.
