ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how web-based exercises can help improve posture in young adults who have postural problems. The study will involve 40 university students aged 18 to 25, who will be divided into two groups. One group will follow a home exercise program, while the other will participate in telerehabilitation, which means they will do the exercises online with guidance. Both groups will exercise three times a week for six weeks to see if these methods can help correct issues like lordosis (an inward curve of the spine) and kyphosis (an outward curve of the spine).
To participate in this study, you need to be a student at SBU Gülhane Faculty of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, be between 18 and 25 years old, and have a body mass index (BMI) of less than 30. You should also have a specific neck angle measurement and be willing to volunteer for the study. However, if you have back pain, have had spine surgery, or participate in regular exercise or sports, you would not be eligible. This study is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to help find effective ways to improve posture through convenient online exercises.
