ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is investigating whether using multimedia health education can help reduce anxiety in patients who have vitreous floaters, which are small spots or lines that move across your vision. The study is comparing two groups: one group will receive traditional oral education about their condition, while the other group will engage in interactive multimedia activities alongside traditional education. Researchers will assess the participants' visual quality of life and anxiety levels before and after the educational sessions.
To participate in this trial, individuals must have a clinical diagnosis of vitreous floaters and be able to complete questionnaires. However, those who have other eye issues that could affect their symptoms or have had certain eye surgeries are not eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to learn more about vitreous floaters and how to manage any anxiety related to them, all while contributing to valuable research that may help others in the future.
