ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how the muscles in the neck relate to balance in men who have a condition called ankylosing spondylitis (AS). AS is a type of arthritis that mainly affects the spine, and this trial aims to use ultrasound technology to measure the neck muscles and see how these measurements connect to balance issues in patients.
To participate in this study, men aged 18 to 65 who have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis can apply. Participants should be able to follow instructions and understand the tests. However, individuals with certain health issues, such as serious spine or leg problems, heart diseases, neurological conditions, or cognitive impairments, won't be eligible. If you join the trial, you will undergo tests that measure your neck muscles and your balance, helping researchers learn more about the impact of AS on these areas.
