ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of Tai Chi on people who have chronic insomnia combined with feelings of excessive anxiety or arousal. The main goal is to see if practicing Tai Chi can help improve sleep for those struggling with these issues. The study is currently looking for participants aged 18 and older who meet certain criteria, including having been diagnosed with insomnia and experiencing significant anxiety. Participants will need to complete a consent form to join the study.
If you decide to take part, you can expect to learn more about Tai Chi and engage in regular practice, which may help improve your sleep quality and reduce feelings of anxiety. However, this study is not for everyone; individuals with serious physical or mental health issues, certain sleep disorders, or those currently receiving psychological treatment cannot participate. This trial offers an opportunity to explore a gentle exercise that could potentially enhance your overall well-being and sleep.
