ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying the effects of a method called the Feldenkrais Approach on people with Forward Head Posture, which is when the head is positioned further forward than it should be. The researchers believe that adding this awareness-based technique to regular exercise programs can help improve neck strength, joint movement, and overall posture in individuals who spend a lot of time at a desk.
To participate in the trial, you need to be between 18 and 65 years old, have a specific neck angle measure, and spend at least 20 hours a week sitting at a desk. However, if you have certain conditions like jaw problems, recent neck injuries, or have had surgery on your spine, you won't be eligible. If you join the trial, you can expect to take part in exercises that focus on improving your posture and learn techniques to help you become more aware of your body’s positioning. The trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to contribute valuable information about how to better treat Forward Head Posture.
