ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how personalized nursing care can help people with type 2 diabetes manage their blood sugar levels more effectively. The goal is to see if tailored nursing interventions, along with education about diabetes self-management, can lead to better control of blood sugar and improve overall health. Researchers will look at various health measurements, such as blood sugar levels and weight, to assess the impact of these individualized nursing approaches.
To participate in this study, individuals must be between 18 and 65 years old, currently taking oral medications for diabetes, and able to use a smartphone and access the internet. It's important that participants can read, write, and speak Turkish, and they should not have serious health conditions like liver or kidney failure, cancer, or be receiving insulin treatment. Those involved can expect to receive personalized support and education about managing their diabetes, which could ultimately help improve their health and quality of life. If the study shows positive results, it could lead to better care practices for many people with diabetes.
