ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying chronic neck pain, a common issue that can lead to long-term disability and difficulties in daily activities. Researchers want to understand how chronic neck pain affects a person's body awareness, pain sensitivity, and overall ability to function. They are particularly interested in how these factors relate to each other, which could help improve rehabilitation for people suffering from this condition.
To participate in the study, individuals must be between 18 and 65 years old and have been diagnosed with chronic neck pain that isn’t linked to any specific injury or illness. Unfortunately, people with certain medical conditions, like severe depression, cancer, or neurological diseases, will not be eligible. If you join the study, you can expect to take part in assessments that will help researchers learn more about the connections between pain, body awareness, and disability, ultimately contributing to better treatment options for neck pain in the future.
