ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at a new way to help stroke patients recover at home. Researchers want to see if using digital tools for rehabilitation—like exercises for balance and thinking skills—is more effective than a traditional educational program. They will compare how well participants improve their balance before starting the program and after completing it.
To join the study, participants need to be at least 18 years old and have had their first stroke within the last 6 to 24 months. They should also be able to perform a basic movement test. However, people with unstable health conditions or serious cognitive issues that might make it hard for them to follow the program won't be eligible. If you or someone you know is interested, this trial offers a chance to explore new methods of recovery while receiving support tailored to individual needs. Please note that the study is not yet recruiting participants.
