ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at whether using the "syd" app can help improve the quality of life and mental health for university students in Saudi Arabia. The researchers want to find out if the app can reduce feelings of anxiety and stress while also boosting positive feelings among students. To do this, they will compare students who use the app over three months with those who do not.
To participate in this study, you need to be at least 18 years old, a full-time medical student at Alfaisal University, and have a smartphone that can run the "syd" app. You'll be asked to fill out surveys about your quality of life and feelings during the trial. It’s important to note that students with severe mental health issues that could affect their ability to use the app will not be included in the study. This trial is not yet recruiting participants, but it aims to provide valuable insights into how technology can support student well-being.
