ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is studying how a fun and interactive learning tool, called a virtual escape room, can help nursing students learn more about giving medications to children. The researchers want to see if this method improves students' knowledge, confidence, comfort, and anxiety levels when it comes to managing pediatric medications. Children often need special care when it comes to medications, and it’s crucial that nursing students are well-prepared to handle these situations safely.
To participate in this study, students need to be in their third year of nursing school and have access to a computer or smartphone. They must also be willing to volunteer for the study. Students who have repeated a grade or taken a break from their nursing education are not eligible. Those who join will engage in the virtual escape room activity and might find it a fun way to learn important skills while navigating the challenges of pediatric medication administration.
