ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how regular exercise can affect mood, sleep quality, and sleep patterns (known as chronotype) in university students. The researchers want to find out if a consistent exercise program can help improve feelings of depression and anxiety, as well as overall sleep.
To be eligible for this study, participants must be between the ages of 18 and 49, be studying at Aydın Adnan Menderes University Söke Health Services College, and be enrolled in a body mechanics course. However, some individuals may not qualify if they have certain health issues, such as musculoskeletal diseases or serious medical conditions that could affect their ability to participate safely. If you join the trial, you'll be part of a program that focuses on exercise, and you’ll help researchers learn more about how physical activity might benefit students' mental and emotional well-being.
