ClinConnect Summary

The clinical trial titled "Digitalization of Personalised Health Risk Management" is focused on helping individuals who are pre-obese or obese learn healthier lifestyle choices through a digital health program. The goal is to create a personalized approach that uses technology, like smartphone apps and wearable devices, to support people in making lasting changes to their habits. By working with both researchers and businesses, this project aims to develop a program that is effective, easy to use, and accessible to many people.

To participate in this trial, you should be between the ages of 18 and 70 and have a body mass index (BMI) between 27 and 42, which indicates obesity. You need to be comfortable using a smartphone and wearable technology, and willing to change your lifestyle based on the program's guidance. However, if you have certain health conditions that might interfere with participating, are currently in another weight-loss program, or have a history of severe addictions, you may not be eligible. If you join, you can expect to engage with digital tools designed to help you achieve your health goals while receiving support for making meaningful changes in your life.
