ClinConnect Summary

This clinical trial is investigating two different treatment methods for patients with adhesive capsulitis, a condition that causes pain and stiffness in the shoulder. The goal is to see how effective Mulligan mobilization is when combined with the Niel Asher technique compared to Mulligan mobilization with conventional treatment. Participants will be adults aged 40 to 60 who have been diagnosed with stage 2 adhesive capsulitis and experience moderate pain.

If you or a family member are eligible, you will receive a heating pad and electrical stimulation as part of the treatment. You will then be randomly assigned to one of two groups: one will receive both Mulligan mobilization and the Niel Asher technique, while the other will receive Mulligan mobilization along with standard care. Throughout the study, your pain levels, shoulder movement, and ability to perform daily activities will be monitored. This trial is taking place at Ibne-siena Hospital and Multicare physiotherapy clinic, and all participants will provide informed consent before starting.
