ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how well two treatments can help fix white spot lesions on the front teeth of children. These white spots are signs of early tooth decay, and the trial will compare a special coating called PRG Barrier Coat with fluoride varnish, which is a common treatment used to strengthen teeth. The goal is to see which treatment works better in helping these spots improve.
To participate in the trial, children aged 8 to 14 who are generally healthy can join if they have at least one white spot lesion that isn't too severe. It's important that they haven’t used any other tooth treatments in the last three months, and their parents must agree to participate by signing a consent form. The trial will take place soon, and participants can expect to receive either the PRG Barrier Coat or fluoride varnish treatment during the study. If a child has other dental issues, like cavities or is undergoing orthodontic treatment, they won't be eligible for this trial.
