ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how effective two types of exercises—core stability exercises and general exercises—are for people with low back pain. The goal is to see if these exercises can help reduce pain and improve daily activities for adults aged 30 to 45 who have been experiencing chronic low back pain for more than three months. To qualify for the study, participants need to have a pain level of 4 or higher on a scale of 0 to 10, be able to perform exercises, and be willing to participate in the trial without any planned spinal surgeries or injections during the study.
If you or someone you know is interested, it's important to note that certain conditions might exclude participation, such as severe spinal issues, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or significant mental health challenges. Participants can expect to engage in different exercise routines and will be closely monitored throughout the trial. This study will help researchers understand the best ways to manage low back pain and improve the quality of life for those affected.
