ClinConnect Summary
This clinical trial is looking at how a Job Rotation (JR) program can help nurses in the Department of Cardiovascular Sciences at Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli improve their skills and overall job satisfaction. The study will involve two groups of nurses: one group will rotate between different units like intensive care, medical, surgical, and rehabilitation every couple of months, while the other group will continue working in their usual area. Researchers want to see if this rotation helps nurses feel more competent in their jobs, reduces feelings of burnout (stress and exhaustion from work), and improves the overall health of the workplace.
To be eligible for this study, nurses must be registered and working in the Cardiovascular Sciences department, and they need to agree to participate by signing a consent form. Nurses with physical or mental health issues that would prevent them from participating, or those who do not want to provide consent, cannot take part in the trial. Participants can expect to be assessed on their skills and job satisfaction before and after the rotation program using specific questionnaires that measure these factors. This study aims to find out if job rotation is a beneficial approach for improving nursing practices and workplace well-being.
